It is the grievance of the petitioner that the order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.852/2017 dated 13/04/2018 whereby the direction was given to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 12/06/2015, on its own merit was not complied.

Shri N.R. Patil, leaned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the order dated 23/01/2020 issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati, whereby the parole leave was granted to the petitioner for 30 days. The said order is taken on record and marked '

X' for identification. In view of the said order, the direction issued in writ petition is complied with. The Contempt Petition is therefore disposed of.

We appreciate the assistance rendered by the learned advocate appointed for the petitioner through Legal Aid Committee, High Court, Nagpur Bench and her fees is quantified at Rs.3000/-.

The Legal Aid Committee to pay the fees within a period of four weeks from today.
