Heard learned counsel for the appellant to some extent and perused the entire investigation papers, at this stage, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file after receipt of DNA report.

Permission is granted to withdraw the appeal. The criminal appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
