DATED : AUGUST 11, 2015 In this petition filed on 24.3.2014 the petitioner had challenged the orders dated 20.2.2015 passed by respondent no.1 suspending the petitioner from the post of Headmaster. During the pendency of the petition, departmental enquiry was held and the petitioner has been dismissed from service.

In view of the above, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of challenging the order of dismissal if the petitioner desires to challenge the same. The petitioner has an equally efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the

Hence, the petition is disposed of as infructuous without prejudice to all the rights and contentions of the parties. CHIEF JUSTICE.
