DATED : 21.03.2025 This Office shows that the communication dated 04.03.2025, seeking extension of time to decide the Appeal bearing STN No.19/2007. I have perused the communication. The reasons given are not acceptable as the learned Presiding Officer blamed clients for parties for long adjournments. The Presiding Officer is controlling authority of his Court and, therefore, he has to manage the same. Already six months period was extended by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2024. In view thereof, two months time is extended to decide the appeal.

The authority is having power to curb the practice of seeking adjournment when the matter is time bound. As such, three months time is granted to conclude the proceedings.

Parties to co-operate for the same.

All endeavour shall be made to conclude the appeal within a period of three months.
