It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that there is a typographical error in paragraph No.3 and clause (b) of the operative part of the order and instead of the word 'Halba', the words 'Halba Koshti' and 'Koshti' respectively are mentioned therein. The learned counsel seeks the substitution of the word 'Halba' for 'Halba Koshti' in paragraph No.3 and 'Halba' for 'Koshti' in clause (b) of the operative part of the order. The necessary correction should be carried out at the earliest. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
