Heard Shri S.G. Karmarkar, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri S.D. Shirpurkar, learned APP for the non-applicant.

Applicant No. 1 - wife, applicant No. 2 - husband and applicant No. 3 - mother of applicant No. 2 are before this Court in joint application, pointing out that matrimonial dispute between the parties is amicably settled and hence FIR registered at the instance of applicant No. 1 vide FIR No. 19 of 2015 under Sections 498A and 34 of IPC, should be set aside.

The learned APP states that as notice has not been issued in the matter as yet, he has no instructions. 4.

Applicant No. 1 is present in the Court with her counsel and she is identified by the counsel. As the proceedings are filed jointly and applicant No. 1 is present with counsel, we grant the prayer and set aside FIR No. 19 of 2015 on the file of Police Station, Sadar, Nagpur. 5.

Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
