First Appeal No. 761 of 2011 Though the appellant is seeking early hearing, the appellant has not even served the copy of civil application filed in the year 2015 to the insurance company. Copy has been served today in the Court. Learned counsel for the insurance company seeks time to go through the application and take instructions. By way of this application, the appellant intends to place on record the copy of original driving licence issued in the name of Ganesh Kisanrao Jadhav, who was
