The Criminal Application No.8/2024 is decided by this Court and bail granted to the present applicant is cancelled and he was directed to surrender before the Court on 13.03.2025. The application is filed for extension of time as the applicant intends to challenge this order.

Two weeks time is granted to the present applicant to surrender before the Court. In the meantime, the applicant shall take appropriate steps to challenge the said order and he should not seek further extension.
