Heard Shri Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners, Smt. Joshi, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Shri Sambre, learned counsel for respondent No. 2.

Perused orders dated 20.11.2014 as also affidavit filed by Shri Shri Avinash B. Patil, Joint Secretary, Urban Development Department vide Stamp No. 13483 of 2013. The reasons given therein are not very relevant. However, in present matter, we are not inclined to go into more.

Respondent No. 1 is directed to publish necessary notification in its Gazette within a period of eight weeks from today. With these directions, writ petition is partly allowed and disposed of. No costs. An ordinary copy of this order be furnished to learned AGP.
