By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 10/08/2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Warora in Claim Petition No.01/2018. On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within ten weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
