For the reasons stated in both these applications, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and the case is made out for restoration of the appeal. Hence, both these applications are allowed and disposed of. First Appeal No.642/2014 is restored along with all the orders passed therein. The appellant to file private paperbook within a period of four weeks from today. Civil Application [CAF] No.679/2016 :

In view of restoration of the first appeal along with all the orders passed therein, the present civil application has become infructuous. The same is dismissed as such.

Since the earlier civil application for withdrawal of amount was partly allowed permitting the claimant to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount upon furnishing usual undertaking, no order is required to be passed on this application. The same is disposed of.
