This application is for seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount by respondent No.1(i) -Shri Kanthiram s/o Bakaram Karemore. The Respondent No.1(ii) and 1(iii) have already withdrawn their share from the compensation amount. Now, only the share of respondent No.1(i) is remained to be withdrawn. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, respondent No.1(i) Shri Kanthiram s/o Bakaram Karemore is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

The appeal is already disposed of. The amount be disbursed on due identification and verification. Civil application is disposed of.
