Learned Registrar (Judicial) was pleased to refuse the registration as the office objections could not be removed. It was refused by the end of 2nd January, 2020. Now, the appellant is ready to remove the office objections. There is delay of 448 days in filing the restoration application. It is satisfactorily explained. The matter needs to be restored. There are certain office objections. The appellant undertakes to remove them. Hence, the order:-

ORDER

a) The delay of 448 days in filing the restoration application is condoned.
