Communication on these lines sent by the Tahsildar to the Office of the Collector (Mining) on 1.4.2015 is shown to this Court. It is taken on record as Exh.'X', of which copy is served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the assurance, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition may be disposed of.
