On last two occasions, Shri Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner was not present and Ms. Satpute, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 & 4, informed to the Court that she received telephonic message from him to seek adjournment as he was unwell. Today Shri Roy, learned counsel appears on behalf of Shri Kshirsagar, learned counsel and he is seeking one weeks' time as a last chance.

Mrs. M.S. Naik, learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Ms. Archana Narad, Advocate holding for Ms. Satpute, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 & 4.
