Learned Registrar (Judicial) has refused to register the appeal by the end of 1st October, 2019. It was for non-removal of office objections. Now, the appellant is ready to remove the office objections. There is delay of 472 days in filing restoration application. The delay is satisfactorily explained. The appeal needs to be restored. Hence, the order:-

a) The delay of 472 days in filing the restoration application is condoned.
