In view of the order dated 23/04/2024 of revocation of suspension of the petitioner issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Chandrapur, the claim made in the petition, in our opinion has rendered infructuous.

However, in case if the period of suspension is considered and ordered to be treated as punishment, the petitioner is at liberty to question the same and his prayer in that regard shall be considered without being influenced by disposal of the present petition. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous. No costs.
