This is an application for grant of stay moved by the applicant/Executive Engineer, Amravati Municipal Corporation. It is submitted that, the decreetal amount has already been deposited. However, Shri Shingane, learned counsel for the non-applicant No.1 is disputing and submitting that, certain amount is still left to be deposited. Thereupon, Shri Kasat, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the calculations are made and the same has been sent for verification.

It is submitted that, if it is found that certain amount is yet to be deposited, the same will be deposited within twelve weeks from today. Accordingly, the application is allowed subject to condition that, on verification, if any is found to be deposited, the same shall be deposited within twelve weeks from today.
