The learned advocates for the petitioners as well as the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 submit that in the order passed on 20/02/2019 wherever reference is to "S.C.S. No. 4321/2018", it be substituted by "R.C.S. No. 1204/2018". It is submitted that "S.C.S. No. 4321/2018" is the filing number and after registration, the civil suit is given "R.C.S. No. 1204/2018".

Accepting the submission made by the learned advocates, it is directed that corrections be carried out in the order dated 20/02/2019 and wherever "S.C.S. No. 4321/2018" is referred, it be substituted by "R.C.S. No. 1204/2018".
