DATED : 03/05/2018 By order dated 26/04/2018, it was proposed that Shri S.D. Mohod, Retired Principal District Judge should be the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties, and the Registrar (J.) was asked to seek disclosure from him as per Section 11 (8) and Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act of 1996"). By communication dated 27/04/2018, Shri S.D.
Mohod, Retired Principal District Judge has informed that he is willing to act as Arbitrator in the matter and has also submitted the disclosure as required by Section 11 (8) and Section 12 of the Act of 1996.
In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R
a) Shri S.D. Mohod, Retired Principal District Judge is appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.
b) The applicant shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with the Registry of this Court towards processing charges within six weeks.
c) The application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
