The petitioners claim appointment order. Admittedly select list was published on 15-06-2013 and it was valid only for one year. Thus, it expired on 14-06-2014. The respondents submit that thereafter a fresh advertisement was also issued and fresh recruitment process was done. There is no challenge to this fresh recruitment process. It is apparent that the challenge is rendered infructuous.
