P. Maldhure, APP for respondent-State Coram : S. B. Shukre, J Dated : April 12, 2017 Heard. Perused the case diary.
It appears that this applicant did not go to Bank for depositing the cheque and it was the surety who had gone to the Bank for depositing the cheque. This is evident from the recovery of the counter foil of the pay-in-slip from the house of co-accused. Now, the charge-sheet has been filed. Therefore, I am of the opinion that the application can be allowed.
Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 37/2017 registered with Police Station, Padoli, District Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 50,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions :
(1) Applicant shall regularly attend the trial Court on all dates of hearing.
(2) Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.
2 ba257.17 (3) Applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence in any manner.
Application is disposed.
