It appears that the order of suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed upon the applicant/accused is already suspended by way of interim arrangement under order dated 29.09.2022. Thereafter, the said interim order is continued till the hearing of the main Revision Application vide order dated 31.01.2023.

As such, the criminal application stands disposed of. Stand over to 20.01.2025 for final hearing at the admission stage.
