DATED : 22-04-2025 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO 393 OF 2025 AND MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION STAMP NO. 5666 OF 2025 These applications are filed to condone the delay in filing the application for the restoration of the writ petition and to restore the petition. It is contended that the petition was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections, as the learned counsel for the petitioner failed to mark the matter on the cause list. Therefore, he was not aware of the listing of the matter, nor was he aware of the passing of the order. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in both the applications and no objection given by learned counsel for respondents, the applications are allowed as prayed. The delay caused in filing the restoration application is condoned, and the writ petition No. 1945/2020 is restored to its original stage.

List the matter after the summer vacation.
