The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 64/2020, registered with Police Station, Nandgaon Khandeshwar, for offence punishable under sections 420, 265, 266 and 267 of Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 17.3.2020, the applicant was granted interim protection.

It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has not attended the Police Station, as directed. 5.

The learned APP Mrs. K.R. Deshpande fairly states that the investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed and custodial interrogation would not be necessary. This statement is made on instruction received. 6.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 17.3.2020 is made absolute.
