On the previous date of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners stated, after perusal of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondents, that the only remaining grievance of the petitioners would be in regard to the grant of Rehabilitation Package benefits .

Shri D.P.Thakre, the learned Addl. Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the Rehabilitation Package benefits have been sanctioned to the petitioner nos.1 to 4, 6 to 8 and they it would be paid to the petitioners at the earliest. It is further stated that the Rehabilitation Package benefits have already been paid to the other petitioners.

In view of the statement made by the learned Addl.

2 31.03.wp.2055.14. Government Pleader, on instructions, nothing would survive in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
