DATED : 8 th JANUARY 2020 After hearing the learned Advocates for the parties for sometime, we expressed that as disputed questions of facts are involved, and looking to the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, it would not be appropriate for this Court to examine the controversy in the extraordinary jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. Hence, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file civil suit and prayed that the interim order granted by this Court on 17th March 2017 may be continued for two months. 2] Accepting the above submission writ petition is disposed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 3] It is directed that the interim order granted by this Court on 17th March 2017 shall continue till 16th March 2020.
