Dr.B.G.Kulkarni, Adv. for petitioners Mrs. Ketaki Joshi, Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos. 1 to 3. CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK & A.M. BADAR, JJ.
DATED : 21st April, 2015.
Heard.
By this petition, the petitioners challenge the Government Resolution, dated 22.1.2014, to the extent of the provisions of Clause (1) therein.
Mrs. Ketaki Joshi, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states, on instructions, that the Government has stayed the Government Resolution, dated 22.1.2014, and hence the cause for filing the Writ Petition would not survive.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a copy of the Government Resolution, dated 10th April,2014, staying the resolution dated 22.1.2014. The same is accepted on record.
Mr. B.G.Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the resolution is merely stayed and hence, if this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ Petition, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file a fresh

Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition, in view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, in case the Government Resolution is revived after lifting of the stay. No costs.
