The learned counsel for the parties have tendered the settlement agreement between the parties in the Court today. The same is accepted on record.
The agreement is signed by the appellant and the respondent. The same is also signed by the counsel for the appellant and the counsel for the respondent.
The parties are personally present in the Court today. The parties state that the decree of divorce as passed by the family Court could be modified and a decree of divorce may be passed in terms of the settlement agreement. They state that they are adidem on the terms mentioned in the compromise agreement. Appellant Seema has acknowledged the receipt of the cheque for an amount of Rs. 9,40,000/- in the Court today. We have perused the terms of the compromise agreement. The terms of the .....2/-
