The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime 21/2020, registered with Police Station, Shirkhed, for offence punishable under sections 307, 324, 147, 148, 149 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 25 of Arms Act and section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. 3.

Vide order dated 17.3.2020, the applicants were granted interim protection.

The applicants have attended the Police Station and have cooperated with the Investigating Officer. 5.

The investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed is the fair statement made, on instructions received, by the learned APP Mr. M.K. Pathan. 6.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 17.3.2020 is made absolute.
