Under the signature of the Member-Secretary of the Selection Committee, a communication is placed on record by Shri J.B. Kasat, learned counsel appearing for the employer, i.e. respondent No.4. According to Shri Kasat, in view of the affidavit tendered by the respondent No.5, the selected candidates could not join the post, as the petitioner is staking his claim. He states that the petitioner's claim shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed. 2.

As such, we direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to process the request of the petitioner in view of the above-referred communication of the Member-Secretary of the Selection Committee, which is taken on record and marked '

X' for identification, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.

The orders passed by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall be communicated to the petitioner, as directed hereinabove.
