The review of order dated 22-02-2023 is sought on the ground that the plea about the petitioner's society being not a public authority has not been considered in its proper perspective. It is also contended that the respondent no.3 had no locus and though the ground has been raised in the Writ Petition, the same ought to have been considered. The order dated 22-02-2023 duly considers the plea regarding the applicability of the Right to Information Act to the applicant on the ground that it is a public authority as it is receiving 100% grants from the State. The plea of absence of locus was never raised at the time of argument. It cannot be contended that each and every ground, which is raised in the petition is required to be

2/2 4 considered by the Court while deciding the petition as that would make the decision of the petition well neigh impossible. The grounds which are canvassed during the course of argument are considered by the Court. I do not see any ground made out for review. Hence, the application is dismissed.
