DATE : 05/09/2022 The learned Counsel for the appellant filed pursis bearing No. 8/2022 along with calculations. As per said calculations, the appellant is further required to deposit Rs.8,823/-. Already an amount of Rs. 3,28,127/- is deposited with the Reference Court.

The appellant is also permitted to deposit the additional amount of Rs.8,823/- with the Reference Court within three weeks. After deposit of the same, the applicant i.e. respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount. 3.

Registry of the Reference Court, Yavatmal is hereby directed to disburse the amount along with accrued interest, after deposit by the appellant in favour of respondent no.1. 4.
