In these appeals, land from village Sawardi, District Amravati came to be acquired pursuant to notification dated 14.01.1994 issued under Section 32(2) of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961.

The Reference Court has granted compensation for those lands at the rate of Rs.1,00,000/- per Hectare. It is submitted by Shri M.M. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the appellant that in First Appeal No.486 of 2011, this Court has maintained the rate of compensation at Rs.1,00,000/- per Hectare for lands from village Sawardi.

Hence, for reasons recorded in First Appeal No.486 of 2011, these appeals are disposed of by confirming the judgment of the Reference Court. There would be no order as to costs. JUDGE APTE
