By this petition, the petitioner challenges the reversion of the petitioner.
Shri Kapgate, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1-Zilla Parishad, states that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing an appeal under Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. It is stated that without filing the appeal, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.
We uphold the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent no.1 and decline to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner is free to avail the alternate remedy. The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
