By way of present application, the applicant is praying to quash and set aside the First Information Report in Crime No.0087/2020 dated 24.02.2020. During the pendency of the present application, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balapur passed the order dated 27.09.2024 in SCC No.461/2020 and thereby the present applicant was discharged from the offences punishable under Section 294, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code by invoking the powers under Section 258 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
