DATE : 22nd JUNE, 2022 The applicant herein has filed two applications. Civil Application (CAO) No. 438 of 2022, is for modification of order dated 04/05/2022, passed by this Court and Civil Application (CAO) No.323/2022, is for permission to serve the non-applicants through e-mail and WhatsApp. 2.

The applicant contends that by order dated 04/05/2022, this Court had permitted the applicant to serve the nonapplicants by way of publication of notice in the daily newspaper "Lokmat".

But, it is stated that even after complying with the said order, there appears to be difficulty in serving the nonapplicants for the reason that newspaper "Lokmat" does not have circulation in Chattisgarh, where the non-applicants are residing. Therefore, permission is sought for modification of the said order for publishing the notice in daily "Aaj Ki Jandhara".

Considering the contents of the said application, the same is allowed and the order dated 04/05/2022, is modified to the extent that the applicant is permitted to publish notice to the non-applicants in the daily newspaper "Aaj Ki Jandhara", having circulation in District Durg, Chattisgarh. 5.

Insofar as Civil Application (CAO) No.323/2022, is concerned, the applicant is seeking permission to serve the non-applicants through e-mail and Whatsapp. The mobile number of non-applicant No.2 is stated in the application. 6.

For the reason stated in the application, the same is allowed to the extent that the applicant is additionally permitted to serve the non-applicants through e-mail and WhatsApp.
