Since the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and decree for divorce by mutual consent is passed by the Family Court on 08.04.2019, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted. Writ petition is disposed as withdrawn. Rule is disposed of accordingly. Civil application is disposed of.

As the prayer made in the application is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the amount of Rupees Forty Eight Thousand with accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent. The respondent be permitted to withdraw that amount in her maiden name as stated in paragraph 4 of the application.
