Heard learned Advocate Shri A.J. Pophaly for the appellant. The learned Registrar (Judicial) has refused the registration of the appeal by the end of 27th February, 2018. It was for non-removal of office objections. Now, the appellant has complied with the procedural objection but yet to deposit the deficit court fee stamp. There is delay of 366 days in filing application for restoration of the appeal. The reasons are convincing in both the applications. Hence, the order:-

Both applications are allowed.

ii.The delay caused in filing restoration application is condoned.

iii.The appeal be restored subject to deposit of deficit court fee stamp and removal of the remaining office objections.
