This is an application for amendment of the Memo of Revision.

Heard Mr. M.V. Mohokar, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr. S.C. Mishra, learned Adv., for respondent no.2.

By moving the present application, the applicant wants to raise certain additional grounds in support of his revision. The revision is yet to be admitted. In that view of the matter, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the present application is allowed. Hence the application is allowed. The applicant is directed to amend the Memo of Revision within a period of one week

from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted for carrying out amendment. Application is allowed and disposed of.
