DATED : DECEMBER 16, 2020 This application for speaking to minutes has been moved on behalf of the petitioner in the context of order dated 17/12/2019, whereby the Writ Petition was partly allowed. By inviting attention to the relevant documents on record in the Writ Petition, it is pointed out that inadvertent typographical mistakes have occurred in paragraphs 13 and 17 of the judgment and order dated 17/12/2019, passed by this Court.

Perused the said relevant documents on record. It is indeed clear from a perusal of those documents that typographic errors had occurred, which need correction.

Accordingly, it is directed that the date of

2 caw 842-2020.odt recommendation stated to be 26/08/2008, in paragraph 13 of the judgment and order shall read "in one such recommendation dated 26/12/2008".

Similarly, in paragraph 17 of the said judgment and order at two places it has been recorded that the petitioner is graduate, but, the document on record clearly indicates that the petitioner had qualification of B.Com. Part-I. Accordingly, the word "graduate" shall be replaced by word "B.Com.Part-I", at the relevant places in paragraph 17. The aforesaid judgment and order be corrected in above terms and uploaded on the website of the High Court.
