Prima facie, we are satisfied that offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

Hence, without observing anything more and leaving all rival contentions open as also with liberty to the applicants to file appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking discharge if they are so advised, we dispose of the criminal application. No costs.
