The petitioner complains of noncompliance/disobedience of the order passed by the Small Causes Court on 30th September, 2014. By the above order, the Small Causes Court issued certain directions to the defendants which according to the petitioner are not complied with.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner has not been able point out that the petitioner cannot approach the Small Causes Court for redressal of his grievance. Granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps according to law before appropriate Forum, the contempt petition is disposed. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
