We are of the considered view that issues which are considered by the learned Single Judge while directing the present suo motu Public Interest Litigation to be registered can very well be looked into by the High Court on the administrative side, rather than on judicial side. We, therefore, dispose of the present Public Interest Litigation by directing the Registrar (Judicial) High Court Nagpur to forward the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 07.03.2016 to the Registrar General High Court Mumbai, who is further directed to place it before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice/Hon'ble Administrative Committee, for taking such steps as are found appropriate to answer the concerns expressed by the learned Single Judge.
