Criminal Application (APPA) No.197 of 2017 Heard.

This application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence imposed upon applicants and for .....2/-

bail.

All applicants are convicted in Criminal Case No.25 of 2010 and are sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for the offences under Sections 354, 506, 323 read with Section 34, and Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants were on bail, pending Trial and their sentence were suspended by the Trial Court on making payment of fine amount.

Applicants are found convicted for the offences under Sections 354, 506, 323, and 294 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Maximum punishment imposed upon them is of one year for the offences under Sections 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering fact that applicants were on bail, pending Trial and since are imposed with short sentence as aforesaid, application is allowed as per the order below:

Applicants shall be released on bail on their executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount.

While on bail, applicants shall attend Police Station Frezarpura, Amravati quarterly on the first day .....3/-

of each such month, pending appeal.

The applicants shall submit proof of their residence with the investigating officer and shall update the same in the event of change in future.
