I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers. The investigation is still in progress. The allegation against the present applicant is that he has obtained the forged document i.e. School Leaving Certificate and he misused the same. Considering the prima facie material against the present applicant, at this stage, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 3.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after filing of the charge-sheet. 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.
