Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, Court's or Judge's orders appearances, Court's orders of directions and Registrar's orders ................................................................................................................................................................. Shri S.R. Narnaware, Advocate for petitioner, Shri S.P. Deshpande, Addl. Govt. Pleader for respondent no.1, Shri S.A. Chaudhari, Advocate for respondent no.2. ..........

Coram :

R.K. Deshpande & Vinay Joshi, JJ.

Date : 6 th June, 2019.

We are not inclined to entertain this petition as in our view the petition is to be filed before the Principal seat at Mumbai.

The petitioner to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur for abuse of process of the court, as in spite of knowing fully well that the matter does not lie before this Bench, it is being pressed for final disposal. We were inclined to direct Scrutiny Committee to entertain and decide caste claim but the petitioner is pressing for grant of other reliefs which cannot be granted by this bench for want of territorial jurisdiction.

Petition is dismissed with liberty to file it in Principal seat at Mumbai.
