DATE : 04/05/2022 After hearing the matter for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail on merits, considering the medical report and the nature of the injury suffered by the victim Subhash, Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to move the vacation Court with an application seeking temporary bail on the ground that the marriage of the applicant is slated to be on 20.05.2022.
The statement is accepted.
The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move to the vacation Court for temporary bail, for the purpose of marriage of the applicant.
