Applicant/appellant Bablu (accused no.5) convicted on 28.09.2016 seeks bail on medical ground pointing knee pain suffered by his mother.

Learned A.P.P. has verified the position. Brother of applicant namely -Naushad though separately, is residing at Nagpur. Mother is residing with two un-married daughters namely Sameena and Shabana at Teka in Nagpur only.

In view of these facts, it is apparent that the presence of application is not required for looking after any family member. Criminal Application is, rejected. No costs.
