Out of 31 appellants, 28 appellants have filed a Pursis stating therein that they do not wish to prosecute further the appeal.

In so far as these 28 appellants are concerned, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

In so far as appellant nos. 13, 22 & 24 are concerned, the Counsel Note is filed that though notice was sent to them, in respect of appellant no.13 the envelope is returned with endorsement that "Article undelivered, Left India". In so far as appellant no.22 is concerned, the notice was delivered to him on 25.6.2015 and in so far as appellant no.24 is concerned, the postal remark is "Article undelivered". Though appellant no.22 is duly served, he has not taken steps for prosecuting the present appeal. Consequently, the learned Counsel for the appellants is permitted to withdraw his appearance on behalf of appellant nos. 13, 22 & 24.

16.7LPA.229.06 Since no steps are taken by the said appellants for prosecuting the appeal, their appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
